About James C. Gatheru

James C. Gatheru, a Nutritionist, writer and health advocate, has devoted his 40-years career to pursuing the best in skin, social, mental, and physiological health.

James first specialized as a nutritionist, working with one of the big private hospitals in Texas, before returning to school to pursue Dermatology. He became interested in healthy living and ventured into freelance writing along these lines about 10 years ago.

James is a member of several community services board in Florida. He believes that sharing information, blending collaboration, playfulness and caring is the key to success. He gets joy from his research, classic music, spending time with his family, and savoring the Nutrition Tribune impact.
