About Matthew Smith

Matt Smith is a personal trainer and fitness writer based in London, he has a degree in Sports Science from London Metropolitan University and has been in the industry since 2009.

In that time he has helped hundreds of people to transform their bodies. He believes that achieving your fitness or physique goals requires an excellent training program, a calorie-controlled diet, adequate sleep, and a lot of patience.

Matt has helped clients to get in the shape of their lives for their weddings, complete the London Marathon, lift ridiculously heavy weights at 68 years old, and lose 36kg of fat within a year.
