Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe
If you’re looking for a great way to add chia seeds (high in protein, omega-3’s, fiber and antioxidants) this recipe is perfect for you. It is paleo friendly, vegan, and makes a delectable dessert that just about everyone will enjoy. It is chocolate chia pudding, and it can be done by anyone quite quickly and easily.
How Long It Takes:
This recipe is incredibly simple and quick. Once you have the ingredients together, it can be done in just a couple minutes. It does need to sit in the refrigerator for a half hour or so, keep that in mind.
What You’ll Need:
To prepare this dessert, you’ll need to gather together the following ingredients:
- Non-Dairy Milk – ¾ Cup (you can use water here too if you prefer)
- Chia Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
- Raw Cacao Powder – 2 Tablespoons
- Medjool Dates (pitted) – 4 of them
- Vanilla Extract – ¼ Teaspoon
Enough to make two four ounce servings.
Step One: Take all ingredients and place them together in a high-speed blender
Step Two: Turn the blender on and let it run until all the ingredients are combined and very smooth
Step Three: Scrape blender into a bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes
Step Four: Add your favorite fruit and nuts. Serve and Enjoy!
