What You’ll Need
Gather all the following ingredients together. Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for best results:
Three Fresh Avocados
1 Lime
1 Teaspoon Salt (Ideally sea salt, finely ground)
½ Cup Onion – Diced Small
3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro (More or less to your taste)
2 Roma Tomatoes – Diced Small
1 Teaspoon Minced Fresh Garlic
1 Pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper if You Like an Extra Kick
Preparation Instructions
In a medium sized bowl add the pitted and pealed avocados. Mash them up using a fork until mostly smooth. Add in all the other ingredients except the lime and stir together. While stirring, squeeze the juice of the lime into the bowl. Continue stirring until mixed well. You can serve this guacamole immediately, or store it in the refrigerator until chilled. Typically, this guacamole is served with tortilla chips but is also great as a topping for other dishes.
